We will accept an exchange of an item within 30 days of the delivery date. Any exchanged item should be in its original condition (unused and unworn).

No refund policy is accepted

In any, and only, of the below scenarios, we will gladly replace your item with a new one :

• The wrong product was sent to you.
• The product is defective.
• The product was damaged in shipping.

Kindly note that customized items are created on your express demand and therefore cannot be exchanged.
Also, international exchanges are subject to additional charges.
